The ProHawk SD-4CH is designed as a device to be inserted inline between an analog video camera using either the
National Television Systems Committee (NTSC) or Phase Alternating Line (PAL) standard video formats and an analog CCTV monitor or recorder.

The ProHawk SD-4CH can be quickly and easily integrated into existing camera and imaging systems. There is no requirement to preset any parameters, just connect the equipment between the camera and monitor or recorder.
Industry Standard Broadcast Video Formats
The ProHawk SD-4CH supports various industry standard formats such as NTSC and PAL. NTSC supported formats include: NTSC, NTSC-M, NTSC-N & NTSC-J. This covers a broad range of video formats that include: 480i, 480p, 576i, and 576p.
An FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) is entirely different from CPU, GPU, DSP, etc. FPGA’s are 50 – 100 times more powerful than the CPU.
